This notice explains what information Larch Systems LLC ("we", "us") collects through larchsystems.com and what we do with it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible work with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Contact form messages are delivered to us by a form-processing service, and our email is hosted by Zoho Mail. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. For the page to display, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and some photos from Unsplash. Those services can see your IP address, as with any content loaded from another site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@larchsystems.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
